Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and rwg88 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to, registration with, and use of all services, games, information, promotions and payment facilities offered under the domain rwg88.cam.

Providing false information in connection with eligibility, including misrepresentation of age or identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to appropriate authorities.

Account Registration

Account registration requires the submission of accurate, current and complete personal information, including the user's full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, contact number and country of residence. Users in Malaysia are required to provide information consistent with their national identity documentation.

Each individual may register only one account. rwg88 may link accounts by shared device, IP address, payment method, or personal details. Duplicate accounts discovered by the Platform may be closed without notice and any pending balances or bonus funds may be forfeited.

Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all registration information and must notify rwg88 promptly if any submitted details change. Account information can typically be updated through the account management section, subject to KYC re-verification.

Upon registration, the user must create a secure, unique password. Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus conditions that apply across rwg88 promotions unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms include:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times (e.g. X10, X15 or X20) on eligible games before any associated winnings become withdrawable. A MYR 100 bonus with an X15 requirement means MYR 1,500 in qualifying wagers must be completed.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While bonus funds remain active, individual wagers may be capped (commonly MYR 250–MYR 500 per bet). Exceeding this cap may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering progress. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 20%.

Suspension and Account Closure

rwg88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any related policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or violation of applicable law.
• A chargeback, payment dispute or reversal initiated by the user or their payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being accessed by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

In the event of closure due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited at rwg88's discretion. Where closure results from a non-breach reason, eligible real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will generally be returned to the user through the original payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rwg88, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds, loss of earnings, loss of data, or service interruption.

rwg88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability from time to time. rwg88 will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

rwg88 accepts no responsibility for losses, claims or damages arising from a user's misunderstanding of game rules, promotion conditions or wagering requirements where such information was accurately published on the Platform at the time of the relevant transaction.

Amendments to These Terms

rwg88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users by means of a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, by direct communication to the registered account email address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
